Casio Casiotone 701 classic vintage analog keyboard from 1981. I bought this keyboard a few years ago from the original owner who barely used it, and used it very little myself in my smoke-free / pet-free home studio only. It is in excellent condition, especially for a 40 years old keyboard. All functions including the bar-code reader wand work 100% and also cosmetically very good, the wood finish is overall in nice shape, the buttons responsive, the display working, outputs working etc. This keyboard sounds awesome and has some killer analog sounds and accompaniments! Analog from 1981, but with the added bonus of nascent digital technology, this keyboard also features a "wand" that reads bar code sheets (a few are included, and you can buy more online) in which songs are encoded. It's also a great keyboard to learn how to play, thanks to the various accompaniments and "easy mode" features that Casio keeps featuring from back to today. The 701 keyboard comes with the bar-code wand, detachable metal music stand, power cord, manuals, bar-code songs, and protective soft case. These are rare and don't come for sale often, especially in this condition and with the bar-code wand included. Note: this keyboard is old-school, the chassis is made of wood and the panel of metal, it is very sturdy and well-made (they don't make them like this anymore), so it is relatively heavy for a portable keyboard - hence the high shipping cost.
